Meet Lori + Aaron.

I’ve known Aaron’s family for as long as I can remember.  Though I was never around them often, it has always been evident that they are individuals who radiate kindness, and I was reminded nothing short of this on Lori and Aaron’s special day.  They are all constantly smiling, and it’s contagious to say the least!  Our meet & greet at Starbucks (where else?) was my first time meeting Lori, but she fits in absolutely perfectly with the Evans clan.  Such a calm, sweet and beautiful bride!  This couple is so in love, and I think you will be able to tell from the pictures to follow.  Thank you both for inviting me to be a part of the next chapter of your forever, + enjoy your photographs to come!

daniel + molly got married at the Whitetail Tree Farm.

springport, IN.

september seventeenth two thousand eleven.

such authenticity! a beautiful outdoor ceremony/party on a perfect september day with such a rustic feel.  not to mention- DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS!

i graduated with molly in 2008, and i have to say i was not surprised in the least of how detail oriented and how much thought went into planning her and daniel’s special day.  she was born to do this! she was such a gracious client throughout this process and never did she cease to smile – that’s what is most important.  if you’re planning your special day – don’t stop smiling, and don’t forget the point of it all.  it’s not that everything goes perfect, it’s the journey that follows two people coming together, that’s what lasts a lifetime.  daniel was on my brothers basketball team for years which was coached by my father.  so i’ve known about these two love birds for a while, and when i say love birds, i mean love birds.

that’s right, i don’t think many wedding shenanigans can top this one.  + i’d say daniel had some pretty nice groomsmen…

meet clay and nichole zook!

    

…how cute is this duo?!…

I had the privilege of shooting their wedding last month – it was such a fun wedding to do! Clay and Nichole have both recently graduated college and have been together since high school!  Though we all grew up in Anderson, I didn’t become friends with Nichole and Clay until i went to IUPUI, which then led to Nichole and i eventually living together last year.  I have to say Nichole is extremely sweet and pleasant to be around, and Clay is so kind and always willing to talk to anyone – they make a perfect couple they do! I was so honored to be a part of my friends’ special celebration at Park Place Church in Anderson, IN.  Let the photos commence!

Nichole’s sister Kellin was her maid of honor – they are the most precious sisters ever.  Kellin was actually in my high school Anatomy class, small world right?

 

clay’s brothers were his groomsmen – suspenders? always a good idea.

Nichole’s cousins really wanted an Abby Road picture – Love it!

 

 

Kellin sang “Yellow” with the band for their first dance.

I love weddings where I see many friends, hence the pictures below… 

Nichole’s mom looked beautiful as well!

Nichole works at a coffee shop in pendleton.  Her boss came out to make all the guests Lattes at the reception – SCORE!

Nichole’s dad is the nicest guy alive!

I don’t even have to say how precious this is…

 

Kellin decorated Nichole’s car before they headed out, such a sweet sister!

THANK YOU clay + nichole for being such amazing clients! and friends! You had a beautiful day with lovely fall colors and an awesome location. I know you all will last a joyful lifetime.  Wish the best to you both!  A beautiful new chapter of an already blessed story begins.
